About Me:
Mrs. Jeena Joseph is employed by the state of Virginia as nursing staff development services Coordinator (NSDS) at Central state behavioral health Hospital. As the NSDS coordinator for nursing department, she coordinates and ensures delivering scheduled nursing orientation programs, annual competency validations, creating new training modules, supporting staff academically and professionally at her workplace.
Mrs. Joseph is also enrolled in the EDD -Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership with an Emphasis in Behavioral Health. Since her passion is in the Behavioral Health, Doctoral degree would provide a positive impact on the society in relation to the safety of the future generations. Her vision is to protect the coming generation from behavioral health issues giving highest importance to the family and protecting them from substance abuse and suicidal ideas.
At present, apart from all duties and being fulfilling the duties of Executive Vice president of VINA, she is delightful to be a part of church activities like Catechism teacher, Youth ministry coordinator and Nurses Ministry Media Coordinator member. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, trivia with family, and listening spiritual talks.
